Everyone has the right to privacy and your privacy is incredibly important to me. I have taken numerous steps to ensure that any information you share with me is cared for appropriately.

Pip Christie is run by Philippa Christie as a sole trader. This privacy policy details how any information that is collected about you or that you share whilst using this website and its services is held and used. What and Where

Site Visitors

Whilst you use this site I may collect information about you regarding your IP address, the device you are using, information about your location and your activities on my site. This information is stored in WordPress and Google Analytics and is password protected.

This information does not allow me to identify you directly but is aggregated, allowing me to analyse my web traffic and gives me an insight into my site visitors, helping me to provide a better service and run a better site.

 

Newsletter Subscribers

If you opt-in to subscribe to my email list then I will collect your name and email address. This information is stored in Mailerlite and is password protected.

I use this information to share my weekly newsletter with you as well as reminding you about my brand and the services that I offer. I may, on occasion, use this information to share new offerings and products that might be of interest to you.

 

Contact Enquiries

If you submit the contact form on my site then I will collect your name, email address, business name, website URL, how you found me, your country (for timezone purposes), the topic of your enquiry and the message that you include. This information is held in WordPress and my email account, both of which are password protected.

I use this information to personally respond to your enquiry. You will not be added to any of my email lists unless you opt-in separately.

Clients

If you are a client of mine then all information regarding our projects together is stored in Google Drive, which is password protected. This includes your name, email address, business name and creative brief.

I use this information to provide the service that we have agreed upon (i.e. website design, copywriting, content writing or email marketing).

Opting Out

You may opt-out at any time. If you no longer want to be contacted by me you can use the unsubscribe link in any of my email newsletters or contact me directly to request that we cease communication.
