The Brief:
To create a series of blog posts sharing personal stories and real lived experience for a psychotherapy practice
The Story:
Dr Nick Zygouris from Stronger Minds was looking for personal stories of mental health challenges to share with the community around his psychotherapy practice.
We worked together to create a series of four blog posts covering topics such as anxiety and grief, taking a novel approach to the typical practical advice article found online.
These posts dove deep into the reality of living with various mental health challenges whilst sharing the practical journey of how they were overcome.
Being a firm believer that mental health is a topic we need to discuss more openly and more vocally, I’m incredibly proud to have worked with Dr Nick on this series.
